2007 Hesperian Cabernet Sauvignon, Spring Mountain, Tony's Vineyard

A very big and voluptuous wine. It is packed with tannins but very soft and velvety tannins. Complex aromas of blackberry, violet, licorice, ink and rocks ooze out of the glass. Lots of yum factor in this one.
